| Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS and USPS (typically Priority service) and do our best to use the least expensive shipping available. You will be charged the actual cost of the shipping or postage. Orders under $50 will be charged a handling fee of $5. If you need your order by a certain date please let us know; if express services are required to accommodate your time frame there may be additional shipping costs.
All in stock merchandise is shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday), most often on the next business day. Out of stock items require an additional 2 to 5 days. You will be notified of any delays. This applies for US Shipping only.
Taxes
We collect 8.25% taxes for any shipping address within California.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted prior to shipping.
Return Policies
Unused Items
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason we will replace the item or refund your money during the first 14 days, minus shipping, handling and a 10% restocking charge. All merchandise must be returned with the original packaging materials (insert cards, plastic bags, etc..) and must not have been used, damaged or washed.
The customer is responsible to notify Jade River General Store, obtain an RA (return authorization) and to ship the merchandise to our correct address. The customer also accepts responsibility for shipments being lost in transit and agrees to notify Jade River General Store IN ADVANCE of shipments being returned.
Defects
Items which are reported defective within 30 calendar days of receipt will be replaced, repaired or refunded by Jade River General Store or its manufacturers once verified. Claims after 30 calendar days will be replaced at the discretion of Jade River General Store.
Warranties
All Items are covered and warranted for 30 calendar days from the date of receipt at your door against any manufacturing defects. Jade River General Store and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, mistreatment or damages due to machine washing of items. |
